Who’s Akse? A French-born street artist of Vietnamese origins based in Manchester. He started painting in the early ’90s and joined P19 Crew (founded by Pest) in 1993. He quickly focused his artwork on freehand hyper-realistic graffiti portraits. In 2011, he was shortlisted with 100 artists to participate in the BBC2 program “Show me the Monet”.
